What data we process
Only what you type in the form: your email, the capital range you plan to allocate and whether you trade on Hyperliquid. We also store the sign-up date, the country you connect from (derived from the connection, without storing your IP), the version of this policy you accepted, your language, your statement that you are not a restricted person under the Hyperliquid terms, your spot code, the code of whoever invited you (if any) and how many people have joined with your link.
If you link a wallet, we store its public address, the signed message and the signature, which prove the wallet is yours. That signature does not authorise trades or give access to your funds.
Why
To notify you about access to the service, order the access queue, refuse people from restricted jurisdictions (for which we use the country and region of the connection at sign-up, without storing your IP) and apply the waitlist fee to the linked wallet (for which we will check that wallet's public deposits and withdrawals on Hyperliquid). We do not send third-party advertising and we do not sell or share your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form and can withdraw at any time by writing to [email protected].
How long
Until you unsubscribe or, at most, twelve months after the service opens to the general public.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and stores the data as a processor. This may involve international transfers covered by the data-protection safeguards Cloudflare provides.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the data-protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
